Hawkbill Turtle

A Hawkbill Turtle laying eggs on the beach at Lemuria Resort on Praslin island. Seychelles. Due to beach erosion the beach is so short, the turtles have to lay there eggs almost in the garden among the trees and sun chairs. This create a conflict between turtles and tourism. The beach erosion is caused by climate change and death of the coral reefs. Photo: André Maslennikov (Fotograf: André Maslennikov)
