Typ B Antarktis späckhuggare (Orca orca) kommer upp till ytan

Killer whales are exciting black and white marine mammals found all over the world. Even in the same geographic areas different types of killer whales keep separate lives from each other, with unique behaviors and vocal dialects and preferred diet choices. In Antarctica we now believe there are three different types of killer whales -- ones that eat minke whales, ones that take seals and ones that eat fish. The pictured animal is a Type B seal-eating orca with a pale wash over its black and white patterning. Killer whales bodies are perfectly suited for efficient hydrodynamic travel through water.
